IAnswers and questions

Answers are how the mind keeps control.

They arrive with false certainty and settle in silently. Soon they are a prison. Their absolute nature limits what we can see, and a mind afraid to let go defends them.

Questions loosen their grip. Paradoxes break them.

A question does not need to be resolved to do its work. It only needs to be held long enough for the certainty to show its edges.

IIThe three dimensions

Three dimensions hold us hostage without our knowing. Each one is also a door.

The book maps them as the Theater, the Timeline and the Thinker: context, time and the observer. Question one and its grip loosens.

Context

The Theater

The environment we inhabit. Everything that both constrains and influences us, the context that dictates our perception.

Home is where you already are.

Time

The Timeline

Our story, past and future. Emboldened by education and profession, it revels in the false certainty our assumptions command.

Now is all you need.

The observer

The Thinker

The one in charge. It holds its space through language and built-in biases, and rises as an ego unwilling to relent.

You can be anyone.

The nine principles that work these dimensions are mapped in the origin book. Walk the chapters

Home is where you already are. Now is all you need. And you can be anyone.

IIIBeyond separation

Where separation dissolves, potential awakens.

The self, the story and the stage are three names for one illusion: that we are separate. From the world, from the moment, from each other. A connected world embraces the vulnerability of our reality beyond that illusion. Technology and humanity as one.

What we hold

Six commitments that follow once the illusion is seen through.

  1. Beyond the illusion of self

The true self is not the one doing the thinking. Timeless wisdom and modern insight point at the same thing.

  2. Change as true north

Create from acceptance rather than resistance. There is power in letting go, and beauty in what cannot be predicted.

  3. Context before action

Understand first. Timing shapes transformation, and hidden patterns show themselves to those who keep looking.

  4. Motion over perfect timing

Motion reveals direction. Failures are data. Time is the one currency that is never earned back.

  5. Extremes as teachers

Zoom in and out. Tease the extremes to go beyond expectations, and adapt without losing presence.

  6. Impact over ownership

Ideas shared freely and built on together. Progress over credit, collective wisdom over the lone genius.

“True self is awareness ever-present outside the confines of the ego that model it and the thoughts that govern it.”

Carlo Mahfouz, founder

Shed your self to find yourself.

IVPresence

Presence is not a practice. It is what remains when the practising stops.

As AI reshapes industries and the noise of this world overloads our senses, deep presence is the ground we work from. Not a technique to master. A state that was always available, and always covered over.

Underneath the story, the profession and the plans there is a reality beyond the mind’s perception, where nothing changes and everything changes.

The three movements before this described what stands in the way.
